Some people can be thanked in tangible ways; Randy took his entire research
team to Disney World after they helped him get tenure. Other people are harder
to thank; Andy van Dam, Randy's mentor, changed his life. Since there was no way
Randy could pay him back, he's trying to "pay it forward" by mentoring his own
students.
What has someone done for you that you could "pay it forward?" Create a

Hmmm i've never thought about it but my daddy gave the guy i am completely in love with a chance and i would do anything to show him how totally greatful i am!! i love josh so much, he's my everything.
